Paul Grabarek Obituary

Paul F. Grabarek, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in Olney, MD.
Paul was the cherished husband of Linda Hickman, and a devoted father to Jeanette Nicholson, Paul Grabarek, and Michele Bonavia. He was a loving brother to Judith Shestok, Ed Grabarek, and Doyle Grabarck. Previously deceased were his parents Edward Joseph Grabarek (Doc) and Juel Doyle Grabarek.
He is also survived by his son-in-law's David Nicholson, Michael Bonavia, and daughter-in-law Christianne Grabarek and many nieces and nephews.
Paul was a proud grandfather to Tara Gelven, Jessica Grisby, Christopher Nicholson, Brianne Grabarek, Kylee Grabarek, Michael Bonavia, and Taylor Bonavia. His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren: Kayleigh Grisby, Berkeley Gelven, and Addalyn Grisby.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Norbeck Country Club, located at 17200 Cashell Road, Rockville, MD. The service will be led by Pastor Marc Swanner, with various speakers sharing memories and reflections. A luncheon will follow the ceremony.
