Pearlie Mae Moon Jones. 78, of Angleton, peacefully departed this life on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at her residence. Visitation will be Friday, January 17, 2025 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Gardner's Funeral Home, 507 W. Orange St., Angleton, Texas. The Celebration of her Life will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11:00 am at Providence Missionary Baptist Church Angleton, Texas. Rev. T.W. Hicks, will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow at Providence Cemetery. She was welcomed into the world by her parents Frank Moon Sr. and Gertrude Coleman Moon. She attended Marshall High School. She graduated from Franklin Beauty School and became a member of the Brazoria County Beautician's Club. At a young age Pearlie Mae accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. Pearlie Mae was blessed with one child Patrick McBeth (Charlotte). Throughout her life she was a jack of all trades. She was known for her mouthwatering Tea Cakes. She had a kind heart and spirit. She enjoyed fishing, baking, but most importantly, helping others. Pearlie Mae was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Moon Sr. and Gertrude Moon, her sister, Bertie Mae; her brothers, Eddie, Frank and Freeman Moon. Her memories will be cherished by her sisters, Ann Moon Carethers (Herman), Verdell Moon Johnson (Stanley) and her brother David Earl Moon; her grandchildren, Kendria, Xavier (Crystal), Ebony (Randon), Ariel, Carrington, Destini, and Nick along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great grandchildren and additional friends.
