Peggie Stanford Henderson, 76, of Robert Lee, Texas, passed away on Sunday March 16, 2025, in Bronte, Texas. She was born in Dallas, Texas to Russel Bruner and Jauseal Earls on August 26, 1948. She married Larry Alan Stanford on October 25, 1981 while living in Victoria, Texas. Larry passed away suddenly on May 21, 2007, in Corpus Christi, TX. She then married Buckner Henderson on March 16, 2010, while living in Lewisville, Texas.
She worked at James Avery Jewelry at multiple locations throughout Texas for many years. She loved her co-workers and loved helping her customers. Peggie was known for her love of bears and James Avery jewelry.
Peggie was preceded in death by her parents, Russel and Jauseal Bruner; and spouse, Larry Alan Stanford.
She is survived by her husband, Buckner Henderson; her daughter, Tammie Ferguson and spouse Hylie and children Brett Jr., Corey and Amanda; her son, Ronald Price Jr. and his wife Stephanie; her son, Ryan Stanford and his wife Crystal and their children Kamryn and Kallie.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday March 20, 2025, at Harper Cemetery in Harper, TX, with Rev. John Onstott officiating.
