Peggy was born on December 2, 1953, in Pontiac, Michigan, to Harvey and Iris (Carnell) Rowley. Peggy was married on October 14, 2006, in Houghton Lake to Ed Randall. She was a cook at various restaurants before retiring. She enjoyed cooking, quilting, and spending time with her grandkids.
Peggy is survived by her loving husband of Ed Randall, children, John (Cinnamint) Bailey, Christina (Jeff) DeWitt, and Rodger Bailey, and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Kim.
Celebration of Life Service is being planned for a future date. Christler Funeral Home-Houghton Lake Chapel is serving the family. Condolences can be sent to the family online at www.christler-holdship.com
