Peggy Jane Soden, 78, of Magazine, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, July 3, 2025. She was born on January 15, 1947, in Oswego, New York.
Peggy was loved by everyone. She was known for her kindness, humor, smile and love of hummingbirds, chickens, and family. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Willard Guinup and Mae Lillian (Randall) Guinup; 1st husband, Roy Soden; sister, Shirley (Guinup) Reynolds; nephew, Steven Reynolds; brother-in-law, Leo Rogers; and several close friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
Peggy is survived by the love of her life and childhood sweetheart¸ Ronald Clark; sisters, Betty (Guinup) O'Neil and husband Eugene and Carolyn (Guinup) Rogers; brother, Maurice William Guinup; stepchildren, Rebecca (Frederick) McBride, Christine (Richard) Thayer, and Amy Clark; grandchildren, Nathan Pelton, Emma Thayer, Tanner Pelton, and Jase Pelton; son-in-law, Jay Pelton; special niece, Terri Rivard; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
"Letter from Ron" – Peg I was your first love in 1958 and last love in 2025. We had our ups and downs, but no true love has ever been – Just wait for me we will be together again someday.
Love you
Ron
P.S. I'll see you up on your favorite mountain some time.
