Peggy Ann Thomas, age 76, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away June 21, 2025, at Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio.
Peggy was born December 28, 1948, in Logan, Ohio and was a 1967 graduate of Bloom Carroll High School. While fighting a terminal illness of almost nine months, Peggy remained strong, determined, insightful, transparent, and full of character. Her character was such that those who were blessed to know her and be loved by her, will always remember and miss her. It goes without saying that she missed her best friend, the love of her life, and the husband she built her life with immensely. There is faith in knowing they are together again, now and forever. She cherished her beloved pets Tom, Jerry & Kitty, as well.
Surviving are her children, Trish (Bobby) and Adam; stepchildren, Davietta, Bud (Debbie), Bill, and Steve (Mickey); grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley, Alexis, and Conner; step grandchildren, Miranda, Chloe, and Noah; great grandchildren, Everlee, Serenity, Forrest, and Thatcher; brother, David (Lonnie); and nephew, David (Beth).
She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 40 years, David; parents, Daniel & Anna; stepson, Reginald; mother-in-law, Bessie; and sister-in-law, Joann.
A private Funeral Service was held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio, with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial followed at Floral Hills Memorial Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio.
Rest in Peace, Joy & Love, Mom.
