Rafaelita Molina Baca, age 90, peacefully passed away on Monday, June 16th. She was born on April 1st, 1935, in San Mateo, NM, as a twin to her beloved sister Eufemia. She was the cherished daughter of Ismael and Leticia Salazar.
Rafaeltia dedicated many years of her life working as a cook at Cibola Public Schools, where she was known for making the best food and sharing her warmth with everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by her husband Vidal B. Molina, her three sons—Phillip, Harold, and Andy Molina—and her grandson James D. Martinez Jr.
Rafaelita later remarried Rosalio Baca, who has also passed away, leaving her a widow once again. She is survived by her son Gilbert Molina, her daughters Leticia and James Martinez, Andrea and Ben Tafoya, along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved her dearly.
We are forever grateful for the time, love, and treasured memories we shared with our mama. Our hearts are heavy with loss, but also filled with gratitude for the beautiful life she lived. She was loved by all who knew her, and her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
May you rest in eternal peace, Mom. You will be missed beyond words.
