He is survived by his wife; Frances Quinn of Decaturville, TN; sons, Tony (Jennifer) Quinn of Parsons, TN, and Ty Quinn of Parsons, TN; daughter, Tylana (Tim) Odle of Parsons, TN; step children, Chance Daw of Decaturville, TN, Debbie Foster of Lexington, TN, and Gina Crosby of Parsons, TN; brother, Dwight (Nancy) Quinn of Parsons, TN; grandchildren, Clayton Quinn, Tori (Blake) Shaffer, and Teanna Odle.
He is preceded by his parents, Willie Bawcum Quinn & Edd Quinn.
Visitation for Mr. Quinn will be held on Saturday July 12, 2025, from 5:00PM until 9:00PM at Parsons Mortuary. Visitation will resume on Sunday July 13, 2025, from 8:00AM until the funeral service. Funeral services will be held on Sunday July 13, 2025, at 3:00PM in the Parsons Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow in the Gibson Cemetery.
