The following obituary is written by Randy's loving family.
Beloved husband and father, Randy Cruz, passed on New Year's Day. He was 64 years old.
After serving in the Navy, he took the journey of a lifetime across the world where he started his family in England and went into 27 years of government service. He became a Hoosier upon retirement.
He is survived by his spouse, Lisa; daughter, Katie; daughter's fiancé, Ivan; sisters-in-law, Diane and Rachel; and brothers-in-law, Bill and Bruce.
Born in Seattle, Washington, surviving family members are Rosemary, Roy, Elaine, E.J., Billy, Michael, and many loving cousins.
A long-time Seattle Mariners fan, he's still patiently waiting for them to be victorious in The World Series.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
