He is preceded in death by his parents, Emilian and Irene Blanchette Ouellette; and one brother, Ricky Ouellette.
Randy is survived by his long-time girlfriend, Theresa Howard; two daughters, Candi Smith and Melissa Santos; two sisters, Shirley Adams (Royce Ludden) of Palmyra, Maine, and Twilda Shameklis of Maine; and one brother, Danny Ouellette (France) of Waterville, Maine; along with many extended family and friends.
Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home of DeFuniak Springs.
