Raymond Bateman Obituary

He was born in Packsville, WV on October 15, 1942. Raymond worked for Frank's Foundry for several years and for Muncie Police Department as a school crossing guard for thirty years.
He enjoyed watching game shows, westerns and survivor. He will be missed by his best furry friend, Blue.
Survivors include his wife of thirty years, Nancy Roberts Bateman; children, Ramona Potts and Debbie Fields of Berne, Michael Bateman of Huntington; three step-children, Michael York (Lacey), Kevin York and Amanda York, all of Muncie; also surviving are his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Raymond was preceded in death by his son, Billy Bateman and his daughter, Kelly Nickles.
Cremation will take place and The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
