Rebecca Lynn Gullion, 70, Altoona, Florida went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 16, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Rebecca was born on August 25, 1955 in Chardon, Ohio to her parents Elbert Hurd "Al" Foster and Dolores "Doie" (Harrison) Foster.
Known to friends and family as Becky, she and her family moved to Eustis, Florida in 1962 from Chardon, Ohio. She later moved to the Altoona area where she made a home with the love of her life, Bruce. She retired from the Lake County Public Library system with many years of devoted service. Becky was a former member of the Altoona Methodist Church and was a member of the B.P.O.E., Elks Lodge #1578 of Eustis, Florida.
Becky loved to talk and was known for her "gift of gab" and her one of a kind laugh. She never missed an opportunity to talk about her family and she especially loved to brag about her granddaughter. She was an avid reader who grew up singing with her siblings. She loved music, especially the group Home Free.
Becky is survived by her loving husband: Bruce K. Gullion of Altoona, FL, who have been together for 25 years; a loving daughter: Katie S. Keele and her husband John of Belleview, FL; a sister: Kathie Brooks and her husband Ed of Comer, GA; a loving granddaughter: Danica Keele of Belleview, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Steve Foster, her sisters, Susan Bowron and Cindy Potter.
A Private Celebration of Becky's Life will be held at a later date.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers that donations may be made to the Friends of the Astor Library in Becky's loving memory.
Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
