Reginald Anthony Broadus II., was born to his parents, Kenyatta Dallas and Reginald Broadus on May 29, 1994, in Aurora, Colorado. He was the oldest of twelve children in the family and was raised with his siblings, Khari, Armoni, MarQuel, Anthony, Zayne, Devontay, Jai’la, Jasmine, Reese and Summone.
Reginald was educated through the Pueblo County School System where he attended and graduated from Centennial High School in 2012. After graduating, he enlisted in the United States Navy, whom aided him in obtaining his bachelor degree in Psychology from Pueblo Community College. While in the Navy, he was stationed in Yokosuka City, Japan. He was honorably discharged in 2017.
Professionally, Reginald worked as an Operations Manager at the Target Warehouse in Pueblo, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to his responsibilities. His co-workers admired him for being genuine and his ability to motivate others in the workplace.
He had a vibrant and artistic spirit, he enjoyed making music, going on nature walks, playing Playstation 5 and cherished the moments spent with his children and close friend, Quan Palmer. He was the proud father of Ah’Mari Summone Broadus, My’lah Amada Broadus and Jionni Louis Naheem Broadus. He was a supportive and had a true presence in their lives.
To know Reginald was to know that he cared deeply and had a heart of gold.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Khari Johnson and sister, Summone Broadus
He is survived by his devoted mother, Kenyatta (Marcus) Davis; loving father, Reginald (Jackie) Broadus; his children, Ah’Mari Summone Broadus, My’lah Amada Broadus and Jionni Louis Naheem Broadus and his siblings, Armoni, Jai'la, MarQuel, Jasmine, Anthony, Reese, Zayet, and Devontay.
To know Reginald was to know that he cared deeply and had a heart of gold. We celebrate a life full of passion for uplifting others. He will forever be cherished.
