My deepest condolences Rose. I only saw Ruben a couple of times, and he was always kind, and a joy to be around. I´m happy for both of you that you enjoyed so many happy years together. Hugs

I attended high school with Reuben, class of 1969. I am saddened to hear of his passing. We lost touch as I mostly lived out of state after high school and college. We spoke by phone a few years ago and he was upbeat and quite talkative.
I flipped through my high school yearbooks and remembered that Reuben was very active, and as I have recently learned, he remained active in life and in his community through adulthood. I will always remember Reuben´s joyfulness. Here are a couple of photos from Rio Grande HS 1969 Yearbook. Martin (Marty) Chavira
