Rhonda Horton Obituary

Rhonda Mildred Nugent Horton was born August 9, 1957, in Georgetown, Louisiana and passed away July 5, 2025, at home surrounded by family at the age of 67. Rhonda lived in Louisiana for most of her life and enjoyed being outdoors hunting or fishing. She liked to drink coffee or Coke and loved her family and friends. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren held a special place in her heart. Rhonda was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kylar Hale; parents, Robert Powell and Agnes Marie Foster Powell; siblings, Janice Perkins, Pat Seay, LeeRoy Nugent II, Rickey Nugent, and Francis Brownell; and her special fur baby, Ace. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Heather Cummings (Jeff) and Joanie Bell (Brady) all of Florien, LA; grandchildren, Harley Arriola (Andrew), Colby Walsh (Misty), Cameron Cummings (Cheyenne), Ryder Cummings, and Rayden Cummings; great-grandchildren, Gabe, Kingslee, Carson, Adalee, Remi, and Drake; partner, Austin Brown; and extended family and friends.
