Richard Brown Obituary

With a broken heart and endless love, we announce the passing of Richard (Rick) Brown, 76, of Old Bridge, NJ. He passed away at home surrounded by his family after a courageous 3 1/2 year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born December 3, 1948 in Otisco, NY. After his high school graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served for 4 proud years. He then went on to the Newark College of Engineering and received a degree in Civil Engineering. He worked for many large engineering firms and was last employed by EFI Global. He always loved what he did and took pride in every job. He enjoyed 22 wonderful years with his love, Donna. Their life was filled with love and laughter and many cherished memories. St. Maarten was their special vacation spot for 14 years. He loved watching the Giants and Yankees games as well. His real passion was in his boat "Lovin Life", spending many years in the Belmar Marina fishing and enjoying all of the friends he made. He was predeceased in death by his parents, Richard and Marion Brown, his sister, Juanita Knolls, and his nephew, Derek Brown. He is survived by his children Rich (Jodi) Brown and Heather (Mark) Mustaciuolo, and his precious granddaughters, Amberly and Abigail. Also his brother Joel (Cindy) Brown and his nephew Peter Brown. He was also loved and will be missed by Sharee, Mike, Alexa, Kayla, and Michael Salvatore and Joseph, Joey, and Nicky Pignatelli. He will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to know him.
