Robert Brian Kent Sr., age 64, of Jackson, Ohio passed away on July 6, 2025, in Jackson. He was born on January 6, 1961, in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Roy and Daisy Kent.
He is survived by his long-time girlfriend, Linda Trivett; his children, Angel Kent (Keith Johnson) and Joseph Kent; grandchildren, Isaac and Israel Johnson, Gage Smith, Emily Kent, Tesius and Elias Kent; brothers, Elvis Kent and Frank “Gene” Leach; sisters, Betty Tilley, Brenda Hubbard and Tammy Kent, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his son, Robert Kent Jr. and an infant son, Roy Edward Kent; his siblings, Randy, Thelma, Timmy, George, and Juanita.
Robert was a mechanic and will be dearly missed by those who knew him.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Campbell Cemetery on Fairgreens Rd. in Jackson. Arrangements are under the direction of the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home in Jackson. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
