Robert Maloney Obituary

Robert Michael "Bobby" Maloney, 72, of Raymond, NH, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2025, at Portsmouth Regional Hospital following a period of declining health.
Born on November 22, 1952, in Derry, NH, Bobby was the son of the late Paul Maloney and Margaret (McGinley) Maloney. One of ten children, he was raised in Raymond, where he graduated from Raymond High School in 1972. During his high school years, Bobby was passionate about soccer and played on the soccer team. He later graduated from New Hampshire Technical School.
Bobby was a quiet, kind-hearted man who enjoyed working with his hands. He had a natural curiosity for how things worked. He was always taking things apart just to put them back together again. A true helper at heart, Bobby was deeply devoted to his parents and working on the farm. He lovingly cared for his brother Christopher for 4 hours at a time and was known for visiting his sisters to help out, often folding laundry or lending a hand wherever it was needed.
He had a close bond with his father, especially when they went fishing together, a pastime he cherished. Bobby was also an avid reader and enjoyed quiet time at the library exploring new books.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was predeceased by his brothers Paul Maloney Jr., Daniel T. Maloney, and Christopher Maloney; and his sister Margaret Weare.
Bobby is survived by his brothers John F. Maloney and Andrew E. Maloney; his sisters Jeanne Bolinder, Alice Alden, and Mary E. Maloney; and many loving nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
A private graveside service will be held in the New Pine Grove Cemetery, Raymond, NH.
