Robert Muensterman Obituary

Robert K. Muensterman, 84, of O'Fallon, Missouri, formally of Troy Missouri, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2025. He was born on August 20, 1940, in Troy, to Oscar and Ella (Schieffer) Muensterman. Robert grew up with his siblings Art and Phil. Growing up on the farm, they spent many summers, fishing, hunting, exploring, and creating memories together.
After his formal schooling, Bob was called to serve in the United States Air Force. Following his honorable discharge, he married his sweetheart and the love of his life Linda K. Luck on October 1, 1966. Together, they raised two beloved sons, Doug and Dean on their family farm near Silex, Missouri. Bob and Linda were blessed with over 55 years of marriage together.
Bob lived his life as a devoted Christian. He spent most of his mornings reading the Bible and watching the sunrise with Linda. Bob loved the outdoors and was fascinated by nature. His soul felt a connection to the mountains and he created many memories hunting and fishing there.
Bob was known for his devotion to God and his family, his sincere kindness, his sense of humor, and his love for storytelling. He touched the lives of countless people over the course of his life.
While Bob will be greatly missed here on earth, our family finds comfort and knowing that he and Linda are now reunited in heaven with Jesus.
Bob is survived by by those who love him: Son Doug Muensterman, and wife Kristi (Bauer) of OFallon, Missouri, Son Dean Muensterman and his wife Anne (Riley) of Ashburn, Virginia. Beloved grandchildren Elizabeth Muensterman, Kaitlen Muensterman, Lauren Muensterman, Mackenzie Muensterman, Kaley (Muensterman)Thompson and husband Ben Thompson, and Benjamin Muensterman. He is further survived by his Brother Phillip (Jeanie) Burg, Sister-in Laws Pam Muensterman, Barbra (John) Norvel, And JoAnn Schaper. Along with many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda Muensterman and his brother, Art Muensterman.
