Robert "Robbie" Fillmore, age 43 of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully with his family by his side on September 28, 2025. He was born February 18, 1982 in Dayton, Ohio son of Pamela "Pam" (Olen) McTeer.
Robbie was loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He enjoyed going to the shooting range, fishing, and spending time with his family. Robbie loved going on vacation to Gatlinburg, Tennessee with his family. He was involved with the S.A.Y Group as well as Ability Builders through the MRDD. He will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
Robbie was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert "Bob" and Betty Fillmore; step-dad, Olen McTeer; step-brothers, Glen McTeer and Matt Covill; step-sister, Teresa McTeer; adopted sister, Barbara McTeer; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is survived by his mother, Pam McTeer of South Charleston; sister, Mary "Sissie" Fillmore-McIntire and her wife, Regina McIntire; niece, Scarlett Taylor all of South Charleston; he is also survived by his dog, "Baby" of 12 years; adopted brothers, Olan Brinegar and David (Crystal) Taylor; step-brothers, Kimlo McTeer, John McTeer, and Greg Covill Sr.; adopted sister, Ann Brinegar; step-sisters, Penny McTeer and Denise McTeer; also survived by C.D his big black daddy; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made in Robbie's honor to Newcomer Funeral Home to assist the family with the funeral expenses.
A Celebration of Life will be held on October 18, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 5: 00 pm at Grandma's Too, 1610 North Main Street, Dayton, Ohio 45405
Another Celebration of Life will be held on October 25, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Beacon of Hope Church, 331 West Columbus Road, South Charleston, Ohio 45368.
