Robert Spire, "Papa Bob", was a man who enjoyed anything outdoors. His passion was working with his hands, a task that came easily to him. His family affectionately knew him as a man who "could fix or build anything." Bob was a Veteran of the US Military, serving 2 tours in Vietnam and a retired civilian electrician from NAS Meridian. Bob and his wife Kathy were Catholic by faith and were in most recent years faithful in attendance at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Philadelphia. Bob will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
