Roberta Jent, age 76 of Mallie, Kentucky. Passed away on Thursday July 10, 2025, at her daughter's home surrounded by her family in Leburn, Kentucky. She was born on November 11, 1948, in Hindman, Kentucky to the late Nathaniel and Ruthena Mullins Hudson. She was the wife of the late Robert Lee Jent.
Roberta is survived by her Children- Sheila Jent (Danny Hall), Tammy (Arnold) Short, Patricia (Gary) Johnson, Robert Jr. (Sarah) Jent, Duke (Pamela) Hudson and Richard Hudson; Brother- Donald Hudson; Sister- Sandra (Stevie) Jent; Grandchildren- Anthony, Danielle, Isaiah, Tyler, Caitlin, Zackary, Gage, Amber, Jessica, Joshua, Keisha, Richard Glen, MaKayla, Cody and Alora; Great-Grandchildren- Addilyn, Kinley, Avery, Paisley, Madison, Paislee, Daniel, Noah, Grayson, Kylee, Harper Jayde, Rylan, Emma, Harper, Ellie, Grayson, Jackson, Noah, Olivia, Bentley, River and Sarah Lynn; Special Friend- Michelle Ritchie; A Host of Beloved Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends.
Roberta is preceded in passing by her Husband- Robert Lee Jent; Parents- Nathaniel and Ruthena Mullins Hudson; Siblings- Albert Hudson, Denzil Gene Hudson, Bill Hudson, Sonny Hudson, Kathy Jent, Jemima Jent.
The family will receive friends from 6PM-9PM Saturday July 12, 2025, at the funeral home chapel with services Saturday evening at 7PM.
Funeral Services will be at 1PM Sunday July 13, 2025, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Brent Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Jent Cemetery in Mallie, Ky. Roberta will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
