Marlton, NJ
Ronald W. Ellis passed away peacefully at home on March 6, 2025. He was 81. He was the husband of Dawn Ellis for 48 years. Ron is also survived by his devoted family: Juanita Purcell, Jeff Ellis and Scott Ellis, Lance and Chrissy Purcell, Brian Purcell, Brianna and CJ Litus, Craig and Terry Ellis, Dale and Linda Ellis, Chrisy Ellis, Craig and Patti Ellis, and his Dog Friends.
Ron was born in Mt. Holly, NJ. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a resident of Marlton for 54 years. Ron worked as an electrician for Cooper Hospital for 30 years.
Some of Ron's favorite activities were watching the Phillies, Bowling, Medford Softball, playing horseshoes, darts and cards, cooking and eating, and feeding birds and chipmunks.
Ronald's funeral arrangements will be private. If desired, memorial donations may be made in Ron's name to the Voorhees Animal Orphanage (www.vaonj.org).

Ron was a great guy and friend. I played softball with him and worked at Cooper with him for many years. We still have the piano he sold us many years ago. May He Rest in Peace
