Ronald “Kevin” Fischer, 58 of Fairfield, passed away peacefully July 28, 2025 while his beloved wife held his hand. Born to Ronald Edward and Lois Jean (nee Wardwell) Fischer on May 16, 1967, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Kevin worked as an electrician, a highly respected member of the IBEW Local 648, dedicating 31 years to his union career. He was proud of his work and often used his skills to serve others.
He was the greatest provider for his family. Always making sure his family's needs were met and they were well cared for. He was a caring and supportive husband and an incredible father to his 3 cherished children. He enjoyed discovering the great outdoors, hiking with his wife and family. Exploring and discovering the beauty of God’s handiwork in new adventures.
Kevin prioritized spending time with family and his beloved papillon dogs every chance he could. He had a strong faith that connected him to his Grace Baptist church community where he volunteered countless hours to numerous ministries.
He was a humorous, kindhearted man with a great spirit about him. He had a passion for life, nature, woodworking and music, but always put God and family first. He had a strong desire that all who knew him, would join him in Heaven one day, through faith in Christ.
Preceded in death by his parents, his beloved son, Jeremy Fischer and his sister, Rhonda Lynch.
Kevin is survived by his devoted wife of 33 years, Regina Fischer (nee Coy), children, Joshua Ryan Fischer and Nicole Marie Fischer, siblings, Dennis (Mary) Fischer, Steve Fischer, Rick (Sandy) Fischer and Jill (Augie) Dickerson, parents in law, Doyle and Glenda Coy, sister in law Ashley (Dale) Lowe and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd from 2:00-4:00pm with a funeral service at 4:00pm at Grace Baptist Church, 5595 Mason Rd, Mason, OH 45040. A private burial service will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Kevin’s name to the Building Fund at Grace Baptist Church. Funds received will be used to purchase the new sound board, a ministry Kevin enjoyed serving in as part of the sound team for several years.
