Mr. Overton was born in Bakersfield, California to his parents Gilbert and Carolyn Overton. He had a love for hunting and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jimbo Overton; sister, Renee Connick; and a good friend, Kendall Rothenberger.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 35 years, Patricia Overton; three sons, Ronald Overton Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas, Tracy Williams of Emmet, Arkansas, Charles Williams of Delight, Arkansas; one daughter, Brandy Linderman of Batesville, Arkansas; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; one brother, Rick Overton of Prescott, Arkansas; and two sisters, Rhonda Talanenetz of Bakersfield, California, Shannon Hedrick of El Segundo, California.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home in Prescott, Arkansas with Bro. Sam Gunn officiating.
