St. Martinville - A Memorial Service will be held at a later date for Ronnie C Warfiled, 75, who passed away on July 8, 2025 at his residence.
Ronnie was born on March 8, 1950 in Liberty, KY. Ronnie dedicated his life to hard work and the love of his family. He spent over 20 years with Fruit of the Loom, contributing not just his labor but also his unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity. He also worked for Evangeline Maid for two years and held a position at Seasafe, showcasing his diverse skills and industrious nature.
To those who knew him, Ronnie was much more than just a dedicated worker. He was a passionate gardener, spending countless hours manicuring his yard and proudly cutting his grass. His green thumb transformed his outdoor space into a vibrant sanctuary, a reflection of the care and love he poured into everything he did. Ronnie found joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly fishing, which was not just a hobby but a source of tranquility and happiness for him.
Family was the core of Ronnie's existence. His grandchildren were his pride and joy, illuminating his life with laughter and love. Each moment spent with them was a treasure, and he eagerly participated in their lives, imparting wisdom and sharing stories that will be cherished for generations to come.
Ronnie was also known for his fondness for working and piddling around in his beloved work shed. Whether he was tinkering with tools or crafting something special, his workbench was a place of creativity, reflecting his resourcefulness and determination.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Brenda Warfield; sons, Mark Warfield and Nicholas Warfiled (Allison); grandchildren, Joshua Warfield, Emilie Warfield, Ella Warfield and Logan Coyle; brother, Elvin Warfield; sister, Marry Lucille Lucas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Eithel and Sarah Sweden Warfield; and his brothers and sisters, Maggaline Warfield, Foster Warfield, Lassie Warfield, Eithel Warfield, Jr., Melvin Warfield, Clarence Warfield, Chester Warfield, Lester Warfield and Larry Dale Warfield.
