He was born February 14, 1967, in Libertyville, IL, the son of Myra (Staples) and the late Robert Will.
He married Tammy Lee Ostrander on August 19, 1995, at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Marysville.
Rory proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for four years while stationed in the Philippines and Hawaii. He then worked as an industrial mechanic. Rory loved to hunt, watch war shows, and the History Channel, and ride motorcycles.
Surviving in addition to his wife Tammy of 29 years, is their chosen child, Kaci Schafer; goddaughter, Alexandria Hoyt; siblings, Marty (Carolyn) Will, Shawn (Toni) Will and Chad (Sandy) Bacon and their families; his mother, Myra; brothers-in-law, James (Kim) Ostrander, Kevin (Rebecca) Ostrander, and Michael (Renee) Ostrander; a sister-in-law, Heidi Schafer; nieces and nephews, Thomas, Sohpia, Zoya, Hunter, Quinn, Gracie, Trenton, Barry, Rory, Moriah, Tory, Cassie, Martina, Brandon, Emma, Matthew, Shawna and Brianna; 10 great nieces and nephews as well as several cousins; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Doug and Mel Ostrander.
Rory is predeceased by his grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
At this time there are no services for Rory. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Kaatz Funeral Directors, Yale.
Memorials are suggested to "Wishes of the Family".
