Rosaria "Rose" Saliba, daughter of Benny and Stella Attard, passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 96 leaving behind a legacy of love, warmth and treasured memories. Born in Manhattan and raised in Astoria, Queens, NY, she lived in Little Neck, Queens, NY, Howell then Jackson before moving to Manchester. Rose worked at Pan Am Airline, Plumbing Supply in NYC, Gertz Dept. store and finally Foodtown in Howell. Rose was a woman of many passions, embracing life with a deep passion of cooking, baking and caring for her children and grandchildren. She loved to travel the world, visiting Germany, Russia, China, Amsterdam, France, Italy, Malta, Canada, Vatican City, Spain, Alaska, all over the US and lastly cruising. Rose's warmth and great personality will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Rose is predeceased by her husband, Charles in 1996, brother, Edgar Attard and grandson, Kenneth Kinnear. She is survived by her children, Charles Saliba (Catherine), John Saliba (Angela), Paul Saliba (Trish), Diane Bame (Edward), June Kinnear (Ronald), Mary Mertz (Steven), siblings, Joseph & Robert Attard and Carmen Fiscella, grandchildren, Brian, Michael, Robert, Charles, Emily, Sarah, Krystin, Stephen, Kevin and Kristopher and 16 great grandchildren. Visitation is Thursday, July 31, 2025, 7:30-9:30 AM at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Funeral Liturgy to follow 10 AM at St John's Church, Lakehurst with entombment at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
