Roxana Krueger Obituary

LACONIA ---- Roxana Caldwell Cowles Krueger, 83, of Pleasant Street, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Birches in Concord.
Roxana was born on August 24, 1941, in Lynchburg, VA, the daughter of Howard Jones Cowles and Sally Jane (Mills) Cowles.
She resided in New Hampton, NH and MA for several years before moving to Laconia, NH in 2007. She worked at Baldpate Hospital for 13 years before retiring in 1994.
She was a member of the New Hampton Garden Club, the Mary Butler Chapter of the D.A.R. and the Daughters of Founders & Patriots. She enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, gardening and genealogy.
Survivors include two sons William Thomas Krueger and Michael Erik Krueger and his wife Karen, four grandchildren, Brett Haddaway-Pokhrel and her husband Prakash, Lily Krueger and her wife Jessica Wilson, Jackson Krueger and Logan Krueger and great-grandchild Aarya. In addition to her parents, Roxana is predeceased by her husband Thomas Krueger and a brother Frederick Hunt Cowles.
Calling Hours will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 3:00pm-5:00pm, in the Carriage House at Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10:00am, at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH 03303.
