Roy Sage Jr, 68, of Gulston, KY passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at his residence with his wife by his side. He was born February 24, 1957, in Elcomb, KY. Roy was a retired coal miner and believed in the Pentecostal faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Sage and Ileana Sage; brother, Dale Lynn Collett; his father and mother-in-law, Floyd and Lola Mae Napier.

Survivors include his loving wife, Pauline Sage of Gulston, KY; his brothers, Cliff Collett and wife Delta of Shelbyville, Il. and Mark Sage of Gulston, KY. His sisters, Imogene Camacho and husband Fred of Gordonsville, TN, Geraldine King of Gulston, KY and Lou Sturgill of Lynch, KY; along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 11:30-AM in the chapel of Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Daniel officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Friday, July 18, 2025, from 10:30-AM until the funeral hour.
