Ruby Pearl Osia was born August 28, 1948 in Festus, MO. She was the daughter of Lucille Mary (nee Vest) Williams. She died on June 25, 2025 in Cadet, MO at the age of 76 years. She is survived by her son, Scott (Laura) Osia, St. Peters, Mo and one daughter, Sonia Osia, Farmington, MO; grandchildren, Autumn, Oliver, Brooke and Beth; siblings, William J. (the late Margie) Williams, St. Louis, MO; Madeline Williams, Festus, MO; Rose (the late Steve) DeClue, St. Clair, MO; John (Velma) Williams, Cadet, MO; Crystal (the late Larry) Nash, De Soto, MO; and sister-in-law, Connie Williams, Texas. She is preceded in death by her mother; and siblings, Franklin Williams, Lawrence "Mugs" Williams, James Williams, Mary Johnson, and infant Valentine Williams.
