Kelly Payne-Jeffrey
June 27, 2025
I am Kelly Payne-Jeffrey. Dixie. Spencer - Payne younger daughter. I just wanted to say I enjoyed all the times we had together with her. She was such a wonderful person. I had her make my wedding cake cause she does such a beautiful job and I think we even had her make mom and dads anniversary cake. They both were so beautiful I just can't tell you how happy we were I'm sure you know her hands were a work of art. May God be everyone. I will miss her. God bless the family and the friends. Ruth will be greatly missed.
