Sally Ann Jacobs 78, passed away on September 25th, 2024. She was our wife, mom, sister, aunt, grandma, and friend who will be deeply missed.
Sally was born on September 3rd, 1946, in Oklahoma City, OK, moving to Colorado shortly after. Sally grew up in Littleton, CO and graduated from Littleton High School in 1964 and later became an X-Ray Technician in 1968, retiring in 2003 after 35 years of dedication, and generous support for others.
Over the years, Sally enjoyed singing in her Episcopal church choir, watching her granddaughters grow up, spoiling her pets and indulging in a good spy novel. She would never turn down a Spaghetti Western, a cheeseburger or a day of shopping at the mall.
Sally gave unconditional love and showed selfless courage throughout her life.
Sally is survived by her husband, Sherman, her children; Mark, and Ann (and her husband Philip), a sister, Catherine (and her husband Ed), nephew Simon (and his wife Eve) granddaughters, Macey (and her husband Adam) and Emily.
Her memory will be forever in our hearts, and we will honor her each and every day through kind words and actions towards one another.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Dignity Hospice of Colorado.
The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
