Sammy Sanchez, a cherished member of his family and community, passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 51. He was born on June 2, 1974, to Gladys Sanchez.
Sammy was a devoted father to his daughter, Casidy, whose bright spirit brought him immense joy. He was also a beloved brother to Amara (Travis) and Tammy (Chris), who will miss their shared laughter and the profound bond they cherished. As an uncle, he took great pride in his role, creating lasting memories with his nieces and nephews: Serena, Nik, Cameron, and Natalia.
All family and friends are invited to honor his memory at a Memorial Service at 4:00 to 9:00 PM, followed by a Prayer Service scheduled for July 3, 2025, at 7:30 PM, both to be held at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral and Crematorium, located at 9568 Belmont Ave, Franklin Park, IL 60131.
The family appreciates the support and condolences from everyone who knew Sammy and contributed to the love that surrounded him throughout his life. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
