Sandra Dean Peters Miller, born on November 8, 1959, in London, Kentucky, passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 65 years, 8 months and 2 days. She was the beloved daughter of Arthur Peters of London and the late Orpha June Sasser Peters.
Sandra is survived by her lifelong partner, Rick Watson of London, and her two children, Jeanette Hudson and husband David of Versailles, and Andrew Miller of London. She also leaves behind her siblings, Kenneth Peters and wife Sharlotte of Aubrey, Texas, Stella Mae Peters, and Patti Williams and husband Bobby, as well as her sister-in-law, Linda Peters, all of London. Her cherished grandchildren, Alaina and Shelby Hudson, along with nieces, nephews, Robert Bradley Williams (Hannah), Brandon Williams, Caleb Peters, Anthony Peters and Kenya Chelsey Manley (Michael); great-nieces and nephews,Tave and Calix Monley; Cooper, Adlee and Oaklee Williams as well as a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
In addition to her mother, Sandra was predeceased by her sister, Sue Ann Peters, and two brothers, Anthony Clark Peters and Evan Earl Peters. Sandra worked as a quality control supervisor, conducting background checks for the FBI. She was an exceptional seamstress and deeply loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A graveside service will be held at 3 pm on Wednesday at the Abe Sasser Cemetery at Blackwater, with pallbearers Brandon Williams, Anthony Peters, Bobby Williams, Bradley Williams, Rick Watson, and Andrew Miller.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
