Wayne HALLOCK Obituary

Wayne L. HALLOCK, 78, of Wellsville, NY, formerly of Fillmore, died Tuesday, July 29, 2025 in Wellsville Manor Care Center. 

Born January 20, 1947, in Fillmore, he was the son of Richard Bruce Hallock, Sr. and Delia Mae Veronica Durand Hallock. A graduate of Fillmore Central School, he was employed as a mason by SJ Groves, BAC 3 Union in Rochester, CP Ward, and self-employed for many years. 

Surviving are: two sons; a daughter; two sisters, Beverly DeVore of Wellsville and Janet Murray of Hornell; many nieces and nephews, including a close nephew who was like a son, brother, and best friend, Walter “Jack” (Eunice) Nary. He was predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Richard Bruce Hallock, Jr. and Norman Hallock; a sister, Janice Anderson; and three brothers-in-law, Les Anderson, William Murray, and Ronald DeVore. 

Services will be private. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Fillmore.
