Sandra Dee Stamper, 57, of Clay City, wife of Jimmy Roger Stamper, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington. She was born November 17, 1967 in Mount Sterling, Kentucky to the late Burnis and Betty Steelman Smith. Survivors include, husband, Jimmy R. Stamper; daughter, Lois Stamper; brothers, Danny Smith and Randy Smith; sister, Agnes Watson; grandchildren, Bobby Noble Jr and Julia Noble; great-grandchildren, Oakleigh Stewart, Kingsley King, and Lillyonia King; nieces, Melinda Smith and Ashley Howard; and nephew, Tracey Smith. Services Friday, July 11, 2025, 2:00PM Wells Funeral Home, Stanton. Visitation Friday 1-2pm at the funeral home. Burial in the Combs Cemetery with Trevor Smith, Tracey Smith, Brian Mullins, Bobby Noble, Justin Miller, and Mike Baker serving as pallbearers.
