Scott Robert Cooper, 66, of Belleville, IL, born November 24, 1958, in Chicago, IL, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, July 12, 2025 at his residence in Belleville, IL.
Scott worked as a manager for AT&T. He was a coal miner at Monterey Coal Mine. He was an avid fisherman, excelled at yard work, and enjoyed gardening and riding his motorcycle. He pitched a perfect game in high school and enjoyed playing basketball and wiffle ball with his step children. He was also known for his Halloween set up for the neighborhood kids every year. Scott was a proud U.S. Marine Veteran.
