Scott Edward Hall, 73, of Crothersville, IN, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.
He was born on November 14, 1951, to Kenneth Lee and Elizabeth C. (Jaynes) Hall, who both preceded him in death.
Scott proudly served his country in the United States Army. After his military service, he worked at Seymour Tubing, where he built a long career and eventually retired. Never one to sit still, he later worked part time for Allied Universal Security.
Scott enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved fishing, hunting, and horse racing, and he was an avid fan of IU college basketball. Above all, he cherished time spent with his family. He had a big heart and was known as a good dad and a loving "Peepaw" to his granddaughter Hadley, a role he treasured dearly.
Scott is survived by his daughter, Ashley Baker of North Vernon, IN; his beloved granddaughter, Hadley Baker; two step grandsons, Jaxon and Wiley Sutton; and his brother, Michael Lee of Highland, CA.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, William D. Hall and Steven Patrick Hall; sisters, Sharon Clark, Nancy Otto, and Judy Caplinger; and his step-daughter, Shelly Sutton.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory in Crothersville.
