Scotty Saxon Graham, aged 67, of Frazee, MN, passed away Monday, July 28th, 2025, at his home. Scott was born June 10th, 1958, to John and Loretta (Dretsch) Graham in Detroit Lakes, MN.

Scott was a lifelong resident of Frazee. He attended and graduated from Frazee Vergas School with the class of 1977. Scott was united in marriage to Kathy Bartel on September 10th, 1988. To this marriage they were blessed with two children, Hunter and Megan. After graduation, Scott worked several trade jobs and found his love for turkey farming. He started working turkeys at Marvin Quades until 1992, then moved to Bruhn’s Turkey Farms, where he retired in the fall of 2023. Scott also had a hobby farm where he raised beef cows and pigs.

Scott was a one-of-a-kind person. He had the biggest heart and loved everyone. If you needed a story or a good laugh, you could always count on Scott to have one or make one up really quickly. Scott’s pride and joy was his family. He enjoyed having the grandkids around him, playing and making noise. Scott always loved spending time at the hunting cabin with his brothers and nephews during deer hunting season. He loved to spend many summers/winters with his kids, grandkids, niece and nephews fishing down at the local lakes. Not a day went by that Scott didn’t call or text his family to check in and tell them he loved them. Scott will be missed by so many.

Scott is survived by his wife: Kathy Graham, Frazee, son: Hunter (Carissa) Graham, Perham, daughter: Megan (Joey) Kelsey, Frazee. His five grandchildren: Joseph (11), Alexis (9), Abel (8), Beckett (5), and Nash (9 months). He is also survived by his siblings, many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.

Scott is proceeded in death by his parents: John and Loretta Graham, his sister: Jeanette Graham and in-laws: Eugene (Shirley) Bartel.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 1pm, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Frazee. Visitation will begin two hours prior. All are welcome to join the family for a reception immediately following the service. Inurnment will take place at Lakeside Cemetery in Frazee, after the reception.
