Visitation for Sebastiano Randazzo, 96, will be Wednesday, August 6, from 9:00am – 11:00am, with a funeral service beginning at 11:00am at Michaels Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 800 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg. Entombment to follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
Born May 31,1929 in San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily, Sebastiano passed away August 1, 2025 in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Sebastiano was born in San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily, and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1971. A skilled and dedicated welder, he worked in the trade for over 30 years, earning the respect of all who knew him for both his craftsmanship and his quiet humility. Sebastiano was a deeply gentle man, known for his kind spirit, patience, and generous heart. He shared over 68 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Anna, a partnership grounded in love, devotion, and mutual respect. To Sebastiano, family was everything. He lived each day with a deep sense of responsibility and pride for those he loved, and his legacy of warmth, integrity, and loyalty will live on in their hearts forever.
Loving husband of Anna; beloved father of Rosa (Michael); cherished grandfather of A.J (Samantha), Sabrina (Fraz) and proud great-grandfather to Anna, Elleanor, Adam and Noorah. He will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.
