Sharon Kay Neunlist of West Salem, IL died on June 30, 2025 at her home.
She was born on October 26, 1944 in Olney, IL to Dale and Sylvia (Tharp) Felton. Before retiring, she worked as a secretary/administrator at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, IL. As an avid reader, Sharon enjoyed chatting about her books with friends and family ranging in topics from politics to documentaries. She was also a gifted painter; her favorite subject being snowmen.
Sharon is survived by a son, Matthew (Kelcy) Neunlist and three granddaughters Lacey, Katie and Sarah.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Ronald Neunlist, Jr. and Bret Neunlist.
Sharon did not wish to have a formal service. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to your local library or an arts education program.
