Dr. Shaunmonique "Shaun" Clark was born on June 23, 1980, to Billy King and Mildred Clark. She attended Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, Florida, and graduated with the Class of 1998. She continued her studies at the University of North Florida before earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida A&M University (FAMU).
Driven by compassion and a deep commitment to others, Dr. Clark pursued a career in medicine. She earned a Master's degree in Health Service Administration from St. Joseph's College of Maine and went on to serve as a physician for over 15 years. Her dedication to care and her empathetic spirit made her a highly respected figure in the medical community.
Later, her passion for innovation and discovery led her to transition into medical research. As a Program Director at the Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center-a national leader in oncology-Dr. Clark worked tirelessly to advance cancer research and seek new cures.
