Sherry C.C. Thibodeau, 51, of Raymond, NH, passed away peacefully on the morning of Friday, June 27, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born on October 12, 1973, to Anita (Stuart) Pacheco.
Sherry was raised in Gloucester, MA, and graduated from Gloucester High School with the Class of 1991. It was there that she met the love of her life, Corey Thibodeau. The two began dating on June 10, 1987, and were married ten years later. They had been inseparable ever since, building a life full of love and shared memories.
Together, Sherry and Corey started their family in Gloucester, where they welcomed their son Cole and daughter Chloe. In 2004, the family relocated to Raymond, NH, where they later welcomed their son Shea. Sherry worked for many years as a weekend manager at Rockport National Bank, where she was a dedicated and valued employee.
Sherry was devoted to her family and was deeply loved in return. She shared a special bond with her family and friends, always putting others first. She had a passion for long motorcycle rides with Corey and friends, loved cooking and baking with her daughter Chloe, and cherished every moment spent with her beloved granddaughter Sawyer.
A talented artist and deeply creative soul, Sherry loved crocheting stuffed animals to donate to children at the Jimmy Fund Pediatric Cancer Center. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life-especially the beach, listening to Mariah Carey, and anything Betty Boop.
Sherry is survived by her loving husband Corey; her children Cole, Chloe, and Shea; and her granddaughter Sawyer. She is also survived by her mother, Anita Pacheco; stepfather, Jose DaSilva; and close family friend, Marc Schwartz, who was like a father to her. Sherry leaves behind her brother Frank Pacheco; Carlo DaSilva; Joseph DaSilva; numerous other Pacheco siblings and stepmom SueAnn Fraizer; as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A celebration of life for Sherry is planned for August 9th, 2025 at 2pm in her hometown of Gloucester, Massachusetts.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sherry's memory to the Jimmy Fund Pediatric Oncology or the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD).
