Shirley Ann Jenkins, 76, of Payne, Ohio passed away Friday, July 11, 2025 at Parview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

Shirley was born in Simpson, West Virginia on July 8, 1949, a daughter of the late Georgia (Lockhart) Powell and Edward Kemper.

She worked at Dallas Lamb Foundation home in Payne. Shirley had a passion for woodworking and sewing. Most of all, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Shirley will be sadly missed by her husband, Rick Jenkins, to whom she was married in 1994; children, Randy (Angela) Forrrer and Angie (Dave) Franklin; sister, Donna Sadler and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Linda West and Doug, Carl and Charles Powell.
