Stephanie Ann Hayes, 51, of Oak Hill, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025 at her residence.
Born March 9, 1973, at Charleston, she was the daughter of Alan Wayne Sullivan and Patricia Ann (Lanham) Sullivan.
Stephanie was a graduate of Oak Hill High School and a graduate from the University of Phoenix where she graduated with an Associates Degree in Medical Transcriptionist. She was a homemaker. In her leisure, she enjoyed spending time with her family especially her granddaughter, Kristina, crafts, and spending time at the river.
She is preceded in death by her nephew, Ray Sullivan.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving daughter, Regina Hayes and her companion, Christian Underwood of Oak Hill; granddaughter, Kristina Underwood; mother, Patricia Sullivan of Lochgelly; father, Alan Sullivan of Mt. Nebo; sister, Christy Thomas and her husband, James of Oak Hill; brother, Ricky Sullivan of Lochgelly; niece, Cassie Thomas; nephew, Derrick Sullivan; great niece, Jo Jo Sullivan; great nephew, Noah Sullivan; aunt, Patricia Johnson.
In keeping with Stephanie's wishes, she will be cremated, and there will be no services at this time.
