Stephen M. "Shake-N-Bake" Baker, of Gloucester Township, formerly of the Fairview Section of Camden, Age 60, passed away peacefully on July 3rd surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband to Mari Frances (nee Lightcap) of 35 years. Devoted father to Nickolle Marion Baker and Stephany Lena Rost (Edward). Loving Pop of Veronica and Adeline Rost. Dearest son of Paul and Joan (nee Carlucci) Baker. Caring brother of Paul, Daniel, and Christopher Baker. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving family. Stephen was a retired Sergeant with the Camden County Police Department, dedicating 25 years of service to the community, and was a proud member of the FOP Lodge #218. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, relaxing on the beach in Wildwood, watching TV Land, and spending time outside with his dogs. Some of Stephen's most cherished memories were made while vacationing in his favorite place, Disney World, with his family. He loved all his pets, especially his dog Bruno. Above all, Stephen held a profound love and appreciation for both his family and his work family, cherishing the connections and support they provided throughout his life. He will be missed dearly by many. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, July 9th from 9:30am to 11:45am at Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa's RC Church, 13 E Evesham Rd, Runnemede. Funeral Mass to follow. Interment will be private at the request of the family. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made in Stephen's memory to the Animal Welfare Association, 509 Centennial Blvd, Voorhees, NJ https://www.awanj.org/
