Steven Boh Patton, 64, born September 28, 1960, passed away July 9, 2025 at his home in Kosciusko.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Pamela Marie Patton of Kosciusko, his son Corey Patton and daughter-in-love Madalyn, granddaughter Cora (10), and grandsons Ollie (4.9) and Theo (2) all of Starkville, his mother Elizabeth Louise Boh Patton of Ponce Inlet, FL, and eldest brother William George Patton, Jr. of Port Orange, FL.
He was proceeded in death by his father William George Patton, younger brother David Everett Patton, father-in-law Miles Howard "Herky" Wilson, mother-in-law Peggy Anne Wilson, and grandparents William Gleaves Patton, Ethel Cathrine Hancock Patton, Elizabeth Anthony Hendrick, and Oswald Boh.
Steve was a 1983 graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a degree in marketing. He began his career in Columbia, Maryland as a sales rep for ELCOM, two way radios and the first cellular products available. In 1985, they made the decision to come back to Mississippi where they had met at MSU, and he accepted a position with MobileCom of Jackson. He then went to work for the Napa distribution center in Jackson as a traveling service representative. Four years later he accepted a position with Mississippi Rubber Industrial sales as an outside sales rep. After a short time with Goodyear, he went back to work for Genuine Parts Co. as the Paint Body Expert for the district jobber stores and then the outside sales rep in the automotive division of Sherwin Williams paint company. He had the opportunity to buy a company which he named Depco, after his brother David, and spent 22 years serving Attala County in the auto parts business.
And with his unique love, rare wit and intelligence, he loved his wife and son with his whole heart. Steve was so proud of his son's drive when he started his own food business, and exceedingly proud of Corey's commitment of follow his childhood dream into law-enforcement. Steve was his wife's greatest champion as she went back to college late in life to become a teacher, and even later, to become a licensed realtor. He loved his MSU Bulldogs, grew to love his wife's Dallas Cowboys, and shared many wonderful times and memories with families and friends at Talladega, Daytona, various dirt, and drag racetracks. And he never met an Italian restaurant he could walk past without trying.
He went exactly how he always hoped, no tubes, no doctors, no nursing homes, just asleep in his own bed.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor, may be made to Williamsville Baptist Church for Honduras Missions.
