Stephen A. Schueller, age 60, passed away July 7, 2025 from complications of ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) with his wife, Kim by his side. Throughout the difficult, six-year progression of the disease, Steve made the most of every moment, always smiling. He continued to stay upbeat and positive despite his prognosis.

Steve was born November 15, 1964 to Donald and Clara Schueller. He grew up spending Sundays playing football with his siblings during Packer half times and Friday nights at his Grandparents playing 7 steps around the house and tag. When he was older, he enjoyed playing sheepshead with his aunts and uncles. Steve graduated from Waupaca High School, where he enjoyed playing football, baseball and bowling. He played baseball for many years with the Waupaca Lakemen. Steve graduated from Fox Valley Technical College and went on to earn his bachelor's degree from Lakeland University. Steve's career was in sales, working for multiple paper manufacturers and paper converters in the Fox Valley.

Steve and Kim met while going to school at Fox Valley Tech. They would have celebrated 38 years of marriage on July 18. They loved traveling and were able to enjoy many trips from Iceland to Costa Rica, to Hawaii and a multitude of places in between. They enjoyed spending time during the summer at their cottage on Curtis Lake.

Steve was always the life of the party and could generate a fun and festive atmosphere wherever he went. He was a natural storyteller and would tell detailed and embellished stories like nobody else. As Steve's disease progressed, he had many wonderful friends who would include him in simple things, like riding along in the golf cart, going to lunch, and playing cribbage. He also enjoyed visiting his Neenah YMCA friends.

Steve was and will always be the Old Fashioned King of our family. Bitters, muddled orange, half Seven-up, half Squirt, a cinnamon stick, and your choice of brandy or whiskey. He was one of the friendliest guys you could ever meet and we will greatly miss his smile and love.

Steve is survived by his wife, Kim Schueller; mother, Clara Koepp; siblings: Sherry (Carl) Harder, Sandy (Buster) Brown, Larry Schueller, Mary (Dan) Bellin, Janet (Jeff) Coeur, John (Erin) Schueller; brother-in-law, Brad Radtke; sister-in-law, Tonia (Lance) Mathews, and many nieces and nephews.

Steve was preceded in death by his father, Donald Schueller; sister, Barbara Schueller; sister-in-law, Lynn Radtke; father-in-law, Tom Radtke and mother-in-law, Helen Radtke; and stepfather, Raymond Koepp.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
