Mrs. Susanne Ferranti Metatos
Susanne passed away peacefully at home with her husband Bill and daughter Kimmy by her side, after gracefully yet fiercely battling pancreatic cancer. She is a champion of the will we all possess when faced with life's challenges. She will be remembered as a source of strength for all that knew her.
She joins her parents, John Ferranti and Cecile Baillargeon and Danielle Metatos in Heaven and will look over her husband Bill, daughters Kimmy and Tamara, grandchildren Jared and EllaMae, great-grandson Patrick, and siblings Diane, John, and Jeff for many years to come.
Her life of service as a Director of Nursing started after her graduation from Baystate Medical Center School of Nursing. She worked in local hospitals and agencies serving patients across all ages and had a particular passion for working elderly patients in need of care and compassion.
Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel, is serving the family and no local services are planned.
